Aligning high-precision plastic geared micro motors with Veneto's automated machinery and smart manufacturing systems.
The city of Verona, situated as a crucial logistics and manufacturing hub in northern Italy's Veneto region, is world-famous not just for its culture, but for its pioneering role in agricultural machinery, automated packaging solutions, smart building technology, and winery equipment engineering.
As EU environmental rules and safety policies become stricter, manufacturers in Cologna Veneta, Legnago, and Villafranca di Verona are replacing heavy, noisy metal gears with high-performance engineering plastics (such as POM, PEEK, and PA66). Dynetic Motor supports this technological transition by supplying light, corrosion-resistant, and self-lubricating plastic gear motors.
Our micro geared motors are used in various local automation scenarios, including HVAC zone valve regulators, commercial espresso extraction units, automated agricultural dosing systems, and precision bottling conveyor controls.
Combining high-strength engineering polymers with optimized gear geometry for zero maintenance and low acoustic signatures.
POM features outstanding dimensional stability and a low coefficient of friction. This makes it perfect for high-speed reduction stages where silent operation is crucial.
Polyether ether ketone (PEEK) is used in heavy-duty or high-temperature gears. It handles continuous operating temperatures up to 240°C while maintaining its mechanical strength.
We blend carbon-fiber filaments with raw polyamides to increase the gear teeth shear strength. This design allows plastic gearboxes to match the torque levels of basic brass gears.

A look inside Dynetic Motor's production lines, showing how we manufacture precision micro gear motors from raw copper coils to completed gearboxes.
Dynetic Motor operates a state-of-the-art testing facility. Every production batch undergoes strict quality checks to meet EU machinery safety standards.
Our quality verification processes check every aspect of micro gear motor performance. We verify physical tolerances, environmental resistances, and EMI/EMC compliance to ensure problem-free operation within complex industrial devices.
By simulating years of operation under high heat and heavy loads, our lab ensures that our customized motors perform reliably throughout their design lifespan.

Detailed technical answers for hardware designers, procurement officers, and engineering leads in Verona and the wider European market.
Plastic gear motors run much quieter (often lowering noise by 10 to 20 dB), weigh less, and resist chemical corrosion. Modern engineering plastics like PEEK and POM are self-lubricating, meaning they don't require external grease. This is a critical requirement for medical equipment, sanitary packaging, and food-handling machinery in Verona.
While metal gears are better suited for extremely high shock loads, carbon-fiber reinforced polyamides and PEEK gearboxes perform reliably in continuous-duty applications up to 0.5Nm. To ensure reliability under heavier loads, our engineers often design hybrid gearboxes that feature high-tensile steel pins for the initial reduction stage alongside POM gears for the high-speed stages.
We test our raw materials using an in-house X-Ray RoHS material spectrometer. This equipment verifies that all plastic housings, copper windings, solder joints, and lubricants are free from restricted substances, ensuring smooth clearance through European customs.
For custom shafts, bespoke gear ratios, or custom wire harnesses, the prototyping cycle takes about 15 to 21 days. Once the prototype is approved, production and air freight delivery to Verona (Villafranca Airport) typically takes 4 to 5 weeks. For bulk sea freight shipping, transit times to the Port of Venice or Port of Genoa usually range from 35 to 45 days.
We use automated life testing systems to run gear motors under varying torque loads, high and low temperature extremes (-40°C to 120°C), and high humidity. We track parameters like torque drop-off, electrical noise, and thermal characteristics to ensure the motors meet our customers' service life targets.
